Jacksons officially joins BRCK Group

We're delighted to welcome Jacksons to BRCK Group, following the completion of our acquisition of H.S. Jackson & Son (Fencing) Limited this morning.

Founded in 1947 and based in Ashford, Kent, with further sites near Bath and Chester, Jacksons designs, manufactures and installs premium timber and steel fencing, gates and perimeter security systems. The business serves residential, commercial, industrial and high-security markets, including schools, government projects and critical infrastructure.

The acquisition extends our reach into a new specialist market and is a significant step in our strategy to build a broader, more diversified Group.
