BRCK Group welcomes Aisling Kenny to their Senior Leadership Team as Chief People Officer

Aisling joined BRCK Group in March 2026 as Chief People Officer, where she'll is responsible for advancing the organisation’s people strategy, culture, and overall capability. She brings significant experience from senior HR and leadership roles within fast-growing and operationally complex businesses, with a strong focus on enabling strategic growth through effective leadership and organisational development.

Before joining BRCK Group, Aisling held the position of Group HR Director at Etag Fixings, where she was a member of the Board following the company’s private equity acquisition by Foresight Group. She also served as HR Director at Buildbase, part of Grafton Group. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at RS Components and Essentra.

In her current role, Aisling focuses on strengthening leadership, enhancing organisational effectiveness, and building a high-performing culture to support the company’s long-term growth and success.
