Hosted by UPOWA’s Managing Director, Paul Terry, the series brings together influential voices from across the housebuilding and construction landscape, including sustainability experts, developers, technology pioneers, and manufacturers, to discuss what’s needed to create homes ready for a net-zero future.

Each episode explores key issues impacting the industry today, such as the shift to renewable energy, the implications of new regulations like the Future Homes Standard, the integration of smart technology, workforce and skills challenges, and the growing importance of sustainable innovation through approaches like modern methods of construction (MMC).
