Topek’s service offering is split into two key areas, cladding and rainscreen facades and building refurbishment. The team at Topek offer a full design and installation service using a range of high-quality and fire safety compliant rainscreen systems such as aluminium, brick slip and natural stone. As well as installation, Topek assist with refurbishment work including the removal of other cladding systems to ensure buildings not only have a visual impact, but are safe and fit for the future. With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, Topek understand all of the important elements that need to be considered when selecting a facade material, such as structural, thermal, fire and acoustic factors. This knowledge, alongside a wide range of products from leading manufacturers, enables them to offer their clients an efficient service to support them to deliver successful projects. As a business, Topek hold a number of accreditations and certifications, such as Acclaim, CHAS and ISO, providing reassurance to new and existing customers.
