# BRCK Group Acquisition of HBS New Energies

BRCK Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of HBS NE Limited ("HBS NE") and its trading names HBS New Energies and UPOWA.

 BRCK Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of HBS NE Limited ("HBS NE") and its trading names HBS New Energies and [UPOWA](https://www.upowa.co.uk/).

Founded in 2008, HBS NE is a market-leading renewable energy expert, specialising in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of sustainable technologies including solar PV, battery storage and electric vehicle charging. UPOWA specialise in the development and supply of sustainable technology products.
