# BRCK Group Final Results for Year Ended 31 March 2026

 BRCK Group plc today announces its audited results for the twelve-month period ended 31 March 2026, reporting a resilient performance that is in line with market expectations, despite industry headwinds.

**Highlights:**

- Revenue increased by 1.3% to £645.4m
- Adjusted EBITDA before SBP increased by 4.4% to £52.3m
- Adjusted profit before tax increased by 4.9% to £38.3m
- Adjusted Basic EPS increased by 8.0% to 8.91p
- Total dividend for the year maintained at 3.51 pence per share
