Jackson & Son (Fencing) Limited, known as Jacksons, in a deal worth over £20 million.** Founded in 1947, Jacksons is a designer, manufacturer and installer of premium timber and steel fencing, gates and perimeter security systems, including acoustic barriers and access control solutions. With annual sales of more than £40 million. The business serves a wide range of markets including critical national infrastructure, schools, government-backed projects, commercial developments and premium residential schemes. Peter Jackson will remain with the business as Managing Director following completion, which is expected on or around 30 June 2026. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing in the first full year following completion. **Frank Hanna, Chief Executive Officer of BRCK Group, said:** "Jacksons is a quality business with a strong reputation for product excellence, customer service and specialist market knowledge. The acquisition supports our strategy to build a broader, stronger Group and expands BRCK's reach into specialist markets including schools, government projects and major infrastructure.
