BRCK Group is a market leading construction products and services provider. We continue to experience strong performance across the Group divisions with established brands and national agreements.

**For the 12 months ended 31st March 2026:**

- Revenue increased by £8.3m
- +1.3% on a reported basis
- with Adjusted EBITDA increased by 4.5% to £51.0m

 ### Strategy for growth and diversification of product offering

- The Group continues to benefit from the strategic decisions to broaden its product and service offering and becoming less dependent on housing
- Since IPO, revenue has grown by c£500m, whilst the proportion of brick revenue has shifted from c80% to 60%
