To help us do this, we launched the BRCK Group Foundation Trust in December 2021. Our Foundation supports the aims of our ESG strategy and our drive to have positive social and environmental impact as a business. So far, this collaboration has: - Given **420 children across 9 schools** the opportunity to spend a day learning outdoors at Earth Trust’s inspiring natural landscape - **Co-designed environmental projects** from wildlife ponds to growing spaces - Reached an additional **2,000 children** through in-school initiatives and peer-led activities These projects are creating a lasting legacy, with many schools continuing and even expanding their commitment to nature-based learning. This is why, each year through the Foundation Trust, we pledge to match the money of our employees raised from fundraising activities up to **£3,000** per employee. Since launching the Foundation, our amazing people have undertaken a huge range of events in support of various initiatives and charities such as Iron Man challenges, skydives, coffee mornings, full and half marathons and raffles. The response was overwhelming, so much so that the Trustees doubled the fund, ensuring all 80 nominated clubs received support. Following its success, the Sports Ballot is back for 2025, and we’re looking forward to supporting even more clubs this year.
